FaceTime shoots have quickly become the new normal for models and photographers, and thanks to the iconic stills from Bella Hadid and Jacquemus’ video chat, posing for your Zoom partner is somehow now chic.

Social isolation and travel bans have forced visual creatives alike to turn to their own devices in trying (and succeeding) to make it work.

“This was my first FaceTime photoshoot and I’ve never done anything like it before! Mariana and I connected from the UK to the US so we had to ensure that when we FaceTimed, the lighting was best from Mariana’s side,” Georgi explained.
